Client Policies

New Client Deposit
A $50 deposit is required for all first-time clients to secure an appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for no-shows.

Weight Limit
We service dogs up to 50 lbs.

Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Aggressive Behavior
We reserve the right to stop or refuse service if a dog displays aggressive behavior.

Matting
Severely matted coats may require a shorter shave-down for safety and comfort.

Vaccinations
Dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations.
