JV Mobile Pet Grooming started in June 2025 in Washington, D.C., founded by Josue Villatoro. Trained by Sniffs & Wiggles, Josue learned the craft through a family legacy of grooming—Sniffs & Wiggles was originally started in D.C. by his uncle before later relocating to Albany, NY.

Josue is known for his calm, patient approach and the strong trust he builds with every dog. With a clean, fully equipped mobile grooming setup, he provides one-on-one service right at your doorstep—making grooming more convenient and less stressful for pets and owners. At JV Mobile Pet Grooming, every appointment is personalized to your dog’s coat, comfort, and style, proudly serving the dogs of Washington, D.C.
